What exactly is Ego?
Ego is everything we used to do manually when we ran our sales department. Why are we writing in past tense? Because we built Ego, and now Ego does a 10 person job. Ego connects with your clients CRM and speaks back and forth. Your agents type sales-entries into Ego's super-simple interface, and Ego sends the information to your client. Now the proces has begun, and Ego will be able to follow cancellations and much more. Since all data is now with Ego's system, Ego can automatically calculate working hours and commissions and perfectly calculate salaries - even the most advanced salary models can be handled. Now, this was only the beginning. Ego takes care of your recruitment, employee schedules - and it even has its own advanced predictive dialer!
Will sensitive data of my customers be secure with Ego?
In short, yes! Ego is first and foremost GDPR-compliant. Furthermore, all data are
encrypted at rest and in transit. This means that
we keep sensitive data protected. If you ever get worried about your data, you can view the record
of each sensisitive datapoint.
In addition, Ego is intended to be used with IP-restriction and it even automatically inactivates
users who have not logged in for 7 days.
Why is it so cheap?
We don't know.
How much does Ego cost per month?
Ego only charges per gross sale. This means, we only charge for each sales entry in Ego. There
are no additional subscription fees.
If you use the Ego dialer, we do charge you for VOIP.
